Our experience with her started with the search for our new home. Sherri was always available to schedule appointments, walk through homes, send us daily new listings, and communicate and understand our needs, so the homes we were looking at matched closely with what we specified. She was even proactive in many instances which was so helpful because our moving/selling old home/ buying new home situation was very overwhelming and stressful. Once we had made an offer on the house loved,
we encountered several hiccups happening with the sale of our previous house (which was critical for Sherri to stay up-to-date with and knowledgeable for contingencies and financing purposes for the purchase of our new home). Additionally, there were several hiccups in the purchasing process of our new home because of the sellers and seller’s agent, (no fault of Sherri's) which could have interfered with the success of our purchase, if not handled properly. Sherri handled each situation with utmost professionalism, kindness, calm/assuring attitude, and humor to ensure the purchase of our new home would follow through and happen on time. Her knowledge and dedication prevented us from paying additional costs the seller was trying to insist for we should (the buyers) pay. These costs were not our responsibility and Sherri was firm and professional in her negotiations and communication with the sellers and their agent.
In the end, we purchased a beautiful home and are so grateful for Sherri’s hard work and dedication to make it happen. I would absolutely recommend Sherri to any potential home buyer looking for an agent!
