Zach called me out of the blue because of properties I was looking at online. I gave him the cold shoulder and he put me at ease, I wouldn't commit to anything until we sat down in person, and so we did. I told him in our 2 hour meeting that I was about a year away from being serious about buying a home. A month and a half later we closed on our home. He made it the experience enjoyable and always accessible to me. His knowledge is second to none. He genuinely had my best interest fought hard to make things happen and he is family to us.
