Taylor was great to allow us to retake pictures of our home a second time after updates had been made, including drone shots of our roof and a 360° in-home tour option for out of state buyers. If we would have followed his original recommendation of putting closet doors on our bedroom and hallway closets before listing our home, we probably would have sold it much sooner. He was prompt at communicating feedback from potential buyers and offering feedback for improvements and adjustments. His negotiations with buyers were reasonable and in our best interest.
