I’m Blake Ostler, a Cache Valley native, entrepreneur, and real estate professional with over a decade of experience helping clients buy and sell homes. My background in building and running multiple businesses sharpened my skills in marketing, negotiation, and strategy, and those same skills now give my clients and the agents I work alongside a real advantage in today’s market.
For me, real estate is more than transactions. It is about creating a seamless, elevated experience where every detail is handled with care and precision. I use professional video, cinematic drone work, and targeted digital marketing to ensure listings stand out, and I approach negotiations with clarity, discipline, and intention.
In addition to serving clients, I am deeply invested in mentoring and recruiting agents who want more from their careers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud dad to two incredible daughters. We spend our summers on the lake, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of small town living. When I am not with them, you will likely find me playing hockey or at home with our French Bulldog.
