In the early 1980’s, Cris bought her first piece of land. Acting as general contractor, she took out a construction loan to build her first home at age 19 while working as a computer programmer. This started the passionate path into the real estate life. She has built and remodeled numerous homes for sale and
rental purposes since. Having worked for various National and Regional Home Builders for almost 20 years, her insights into how builders work best with customers enables her to provide clients with the best negotiation strategy. Cris has extensive construction and lending knowledge which she shares with her clients to give them the necessary tools to purchase new homes, resales or investment properties. She ensures they have all the facts and details to make a sound decision.

Cris received the Great American Living Award (GALA) for the highest new home sales volume of $38M for the entire DMV Region in 2013.
