In the early 1980’s, Cris bought her first piece of land. Acting as general contractor, she took out a construction loan to build her first home at age 19 while working as a computer programmer. This started the passionate path into the real estate life. She has built and remodeled numerous homes for sale and rental purposes since. Having worked for various National and Regional Home Builders for almost 20 years, her insights into how builders work best with customers enables her to provide clients with the best negotiation strategy. Cris has extensive construction and lending knowledge which she shares with her clients to give them the necessary tools to purchase new homes, resales or investment properties. She ensures they have all the facts and details to make a sound decision. Cris is one of 19 in the country with the licensing, designations, and awards she has acquired, setting her apart from others in the industry. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Providing detailed communication, she relentlessly advocates for her clients through every step of the selling and/or purchasing process.
Cris has been recognized for over 18 years at the Major Achievements in Marketing and Excellence Awards (MAME) ceremonies. She was named Sales Manager of the year in 2006 with over $25M in new homes sales. Cris received the Great American Living Award (GALA) for the highest new home sales volume of $38M for the entire DMV Region in 2013. She is a licensed Realtor® and member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors), NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors), NVBIA (Northern Virginia Builders Industry Association), and NAHB(National Association of Home Builders), an association which strives to protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all.
