Sami managed a property for us in Manassas for over four years, since we have moved to Utah. Our property was always occupied with responsible tenants, and not one time was the rent late or missing. Over the course of several hurricanes and general aging of the house, Sami managed plumbing repairs, installation of a replacement for a storm damaged roof, servicing of the HVAC system, and too many things to list. Dealing with these things from across the country would have been a nightmare, but Sami professionally handled the disposition of every aspect of renting and managing this property.
When it came time to sell this property, of course we engaged Sami as our listing agent. Little did we know when we made this decision that the COVID19 crisis was literally knocking at the door. Despite the challenges involved with protecting the current tenants, Sami was able to list and obtain a full price offer on the same day. Sami has worked through the challenges associated with inspections and the administrivia of conducting a real estate transaction, and completed the sale while pressing through these unique circumstances and managing the numerous challenges of personalities, last minute repairs, and unexplained delays.
