I am Dan Schwartz, and I've been where you are--eager to find a house that meets your needs, in a location you want, and at a price you can afford. My first real estate investment more than seven years ago set the stage for my career as an agent. As I learned what it takes to buy, upgrade, and manage rental properties, I developed a good understanding of the real estate markets. This led me to learn that I enjoy helping clients through the important, sometimes daunting, home-buying process. I earned a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University. As an undergraduate, I studied Accounting and Finance at Syracuse University. (Full disclosure: Die-hard Syracuse Orange and NY Giants fan.) My business and analytic skills are honed through eight years as an auditor for the U.S. government. I am also an outdoor enthusiast and professional scuba diver.
