John Kozyn
"Everyone Deserves a Home of Their Own" ...Is the guiding notion informing his work as a real estate consultant - no matter the circumstances informing someone's life, everyone deserves a home! John Kozyn has been a Realtor since 2004 - a significant shift from his previous career as a political consultant. A seasoned international traveler John has lived in the Netherlands, Canada, Haiti and America spending time in Michigan, California, Indiana and Virginia. He and his wife Christina have made their home in Arlington since 1989 and are active members of the Arlington Heights Civic Association. John is a graduate of both the University of Michigan (B.A.) and the University of Notre Dame (M.A.) and in his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar (doing the occasional "Open Mic" night), gardening, long walks with our dog Bella and touring the Virginia countryside by motorcycle. Working with both buyers and sellers in northern Virginia and the District of Columbia forms the bulk of John's business, having served hundreds of clients over the years. People appreciate his years of local experience, people skills, particular attention to detail, and his quick responsiveness to queries from clients whether text, e-mail or phone call. In joining Century 21 Redwood Realty, John continues as a specially trained agent for those clients availing themselves of Navy Fed's "Realty Plus" program, which put cash back into the pockets of buyers and sellers!
