I started my home buying process about 3 years ago. I realized at that time that I did not qualify for the homes I really wanted and decided to save more money and wait a few years. During those couple of years, Shazia took me to see other homes as I browsed online listings, but I ultimately decided to wait until I was able to afford exactly what I wanted. Over 3 years, Shazia was never impatient with me and never pushed me to purchase a home I didn't love. Once I was finally able to get into the market I wanted to be in, I was on the lower end and the town houses were going fast and over asking. She reached out to the mortgage company on several occasions whenever I was unsure of fees or wording related to my loan, she was even able to get me a lender credit through her discussion with the company.
