Kathleen Mayflower is one of the most caring and honest people I know. She has helped my not once but twice make the most difficult and challenging process fun and laid back. She is works hard for you the customer and no matter how much you think you are getting on her nerves you really aren't she loves what she does and she is good at it. She knows the area like the back of her hand and she genuinely cares about each family that she works with. We aren't just a job or a commission to her and that is rare in people in this day and time.
I would recommend Kathleen to friends, family, co-workers and anyone I know that is in need of a true professional, person that will take the time with you good bad and indifferent to find the home of your dreams.
I absolutely could not have gotten through this process with her kind words of enthusiasm and wisdom and I wish there was a way I could let her know what an angel she is to me and my family!

This is now the fourth home we have purchased and by far the best experience we’ve had with a realtor. Kathy was right there with us throughout the entire process. She not only continuously checked in with us but also checked in with the lender to make sure we stayed on track to close on time. Most importantly, Kathy was always available to answer any questions we had or to go out and look at houses. Our situation was a unique one but Kathy handled it with ease.

We have worked with Kathleen Mayflower previously with above expected results each time. We sold our previous home while building a new home. Kathleen was able to sell our home within the given time constraint at the price we needed. Because of her, we had the necessary funds in time for closing on our new home and did not have to go through the stress of negotiating an extension on closing. During the construction of our new home, Kathleen's attention to detail made the final product a much higher quality. She was able to pick out the little details that we likely would not have noticed until the builder's warranty had expired.
