My wife and I were first time home buyers. We absolutely didn’t have a clue about the whole process except that we wanted a house which we can call our own. I remember when we went to meet Kathy for the first time, we had no clue where to start or what to look for in a house. Talking to her was so easy as if we were talking to a friend we knew for a long time. She guided us through the whole process, cleared up a lot of misinformation we had, explained the pros and the cons and much more. Soon enough we went on our first round of looking at the listing or as Kathy calls it – playdate. It was amazing to see how quickly she was able to read what I like and what my wife likes and what we both would love. Eventually we found the house we absolutely adored and I say this with full conviction that if it wasn’t for Kathy then we wouldn’t have been able CLOSE on our first home. She is an absolute champion of an agent who just gets it done.
She was so approachable and easily reachable during the whole process. I not only appreciate the patience she had to walk us through the entire process at our own pace but also all the guidance she provided us at each and every step. She’ll always have a special place in our heart as she made our dream to own our house a reality. Can’t thank her enough. You’re the best Kathy.
