I would highly recommend you consider Kelly (Elson) Ettrich for your real estate needs, either buying or selling. Kelly went above and beyond in providing us sales pricing advice, marketing strategies, a superb photographer and brochure/marketing materials, and working with her networks to bring interest in our property. She held three open houses, and had two more scheduled when she closed a contract to sell within 3 weeks of listing.
We selected Kelly to be our real estate broker after extensive research. We wanted someone who had a proven track record and also an intimate knowledge of our market, specifically the Ashburn area. After reviewing dozens of candidates, we selected Kelly mostly because of her recent sales record (phenomenal results) and the fact that she was local to Ashburn and had recently sold properties similar to ours.
To our delight Kelly was even better in real life: very personable, knowledgeable and likable, a very positive person. We looked forward to our calls or meetings with her, and later found out she is a big proponent of living in our area and had a series of online videos she produced showcasing great local businesses and fun places to go in our county. While she was our broker, she was interviewed by and appeared in Ashburn Magazine on the upcoming opening of the Ashburn Metro Station. A very visible proponent of the area, this bodes well for her real estate acumen.
Kelly brought in an excellent real estate photographer who did a beautiful job capturing the essence of our luxury condominium in a very competitive high-end condo market. We received many inquiries and complements about the brochure itself, and the photos used for online marketing brought lots of interest, even though we were priced on the very high-end of the market.
I can't say enough about how fortunate we feel that we selected Kelly and she agreed to represent us - a decision we will always remember as good fortune and a happy time!
