When my husband and I made a decision to buy a house, we had no idea what was awaiting us. Inventory was low, and any house in the very specific area we were looking that had the semblance of meeting our requirements seemed to be out of our reach and was seeing often 10+ offers. Nonetheless Kevin LaRue helped us keep our cool, helped us shed light on which houses were good candidates for us and which weren't, and guided us when it came time to make an offer. The house we ended up buying was the best fit of all the houses we saw, and Kevin helped us frame our offer in such a way that we beat out ten other offers, even though we weren't the highest-paying offer!
One of the best parts of working with Kevin is his lightning quick response, seemingly at all hours of the day. That gave us huge relief and peace of mind in the midst of a process that can make you anxious and impatient. It was great to have Kevin by our side and would recommend him anytime!
