We truly felt like their family throughout the entire process...so much so, we call Roe, Mama Bear because we've been with her so long. Deb jumped right in and it felt like we'd known her forever. We couldn't have chosen a better duo. They are both truly amazing!

This was my first time selling a house. Deb McLoughlin & Roe Sommer Team were excellent through the whole process. They always maintained a professional manner and were clearly determined to help my husband and I get the most value for our townhouse. Roe made sure we understood all of the paperwork we were signing, going through it with both of us. She gave us a timeline of the sale and came through even when we had to slip the dates a little. Both Deb and Roe provided excellent advice on staging our house. They were both present at the open house. The Deb McLoughlin & Roe Sommer Team are excellent! They love what they do and are very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. We received 8 offers on our house and sold for more than we expected! I highly recommend them for selling your house.

Roe and Deb did a phenomenal job selling our home. Most of their time was spent in helping us get ready for the sale. Making the home attractive by helping us select the best colors for repainting various rooms, staging for the best look before going live, and assisting in creating a new contemporary look in our kitchen. They both have a wonderful sense of style, design and color which helped transform our older somewhat cluttered 1968 cape cod home into a stylish home that garnered more offers than we ever expected and our home sold in less than a week!!
They are always willing to go the extra mile to find the answer to a question or research information without any hesitation, and always with a smile. They are the BEST! I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a home. They have listened to us in the best and worst of moods as is the case in selling a home.
