Shawn W. Milletary
Shawn Milletary was born and raised in a real estate family in Loudoun County. He graduated from Penn State University, and chose to return to Northern Virginia to begin his real estate career. Shawn entered the industry with Equity Homes, and then went onto Richmond American Homes where he became an annual top producer for 6 years. Shawn sold 300 homes totaling over $90 million in new home sales for RAH. Shawn had been a MAME Award Salesperson of the Year finalist numerous times before deservedly winning his first MAME Award in 2002. After his successes in the new home industry, Shawn agreed that it was time to pursue a real estate company, and co-founded CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty in 2003. A graduate of Ashburn's Broad Run High School, Shawn's numerous connections made him an instant success in the Loudoun County Real Estate market. Shawn's relentless work ethic and sincere personality enabled CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty to achieve sales faster than anyone could have imagined. When word of Shawn's departure spread about Redwood- referrals came in from everywhere. Shawn was no doubt the catalyst for CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty's rapid growth. In his other life, Shawn is a dedicated family man. Shawn lives with his wife and two children in Ashburn. Shawn is an extensive gardener.
