Sheri Householder went over and beyond to find the perfect home for me! Since I lived in South West Virginia, I was unfamiliar with the areas around Northern Virginia. We communicated with each other over a period of three years or so concerning my needs in a prospective home, affordability, community, and amenities.
When I decided I was finally ready to pack up and move, Sheri sent me listings on a regular basis and we toured a wide variety of condos that would fit my needs.
After having many, many conversations about the pros and cons of various condos and communities, in late April, Sheri told me there was a condo for sale that she thought I'd really want to see.
In minutes, I packed a bag, grabbed my dog, and drove 250 miles to Northern Virginia to view the property. The next morning, we drove to Herndon VA to see this condo. It checked all the boxes for what I was looking for! I drove the 250 miles home that afternoon, happy to know Sherri and I had found the perfect place!
