I give Thon Johnson " two thumbs up" for his professional services over the past six years as my property manager and agent. To my surprise, within two weeks after the tenants had moved out he informed me that we had a potential buyer. Once again he backed up his words with actionable results. He then expertly handled every detail of the sales transaction. The property closed escrow on August 24, 2016 with no issues.
