Katie was a terrific real estate agent to work with. She quickly communicated messages from buyers and other real estate agents, and any changes in plans to schedules to me.
Katie was very conscientious in making sure I was aware of scheduled showings of the house, the dates and times. Her efforts to keep me informed of scheduled house showings was extremely helpful to me and my work schedule.
One thing that impressed me very much was Katie's knowledge of how to sell a house, the rules and regulations, and how she communicated with her team. Katie answered every question I had. I soon learned not to worry about the selling of my house. Katie had everything under control. I knew Katie was going to do an excellent job of marketing and selling my house, and she did. Katie put in lots of time and working hours and used ingenuity to sell the house.
