What can I say about Micki? She was recommended to me years ago by another real estate agent and she helped me buy my first house in 2015. It was a pleasure to work with Micki. She seemed to understand my philosophy about preparing the house for sale and was great at explaining her approach to making the house appealing to prospective buyers. She went out of her way to oversee emptying and repairing small items which was necessary because I was already out of state when many things remained to be done. She was glad to use my recommendations of workers that I knew well and trusted. Micki and the stager seemed to have a good feel for what the market wanted but always checked with me before ordering anything, carpets, paint, mirror frames etc. She also had a great feel for the Reston housing market and greatly helped with confronting the Reston Home Owners Association who had objected to outside lighting, hardscaping etc.
But most of all, trusted friends recommended her and I felt I could also do the same!
