Hi, I’m Marion Sherrod, a real estate agent with Century 21 Nachman Realty. I love helping first-time buyers, sellers, and homeowners navigate the real estate process with confidence and ease. I received my real estate education from Churchland Academy of Real Estate and have continued to expand my knowledge through professional certifications, including ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and VHDA First-time Homeownership Education Trainer. These certifications help me better serve buyers, sellers, and military families by providing expert guidance throughout the home buying and selling process.
Before real estate, I built a 32-year career working with families as a social worker. That experience gave me strong people skills, compassion, and a deep understanding of how to support others through important life decisions. I bring that same heart, loyalty, dedication, commitment, honesty, and dependability into my real estate business every day.
I was raised in Suffolk, attended Suffolk Public Schools, and later earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University. I love serving families throughout the Hampton Roads area and helping people reach their goals of homeownership.
In my downtime, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family, especially my grandchildren and my sister/friends. I love cooking, trying new recipes, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
