Over the years I have used Nikita on numerous investment projects and I have always came out on top with him, whether it was negotiating with prospective sellers or selling a flip or new construction property.
These last two new construction projects really stand out, on wall street because I was under a serious time frame to sell wall and Nikita and his agents got the home under contract in about two weeks after we put it on the market. And unfortunately that contract fell thought. He immediately scheduled an open house and we quickly got it under contract again not even a week later. And closed on the property thirty days later. Then soon after that (2) Wall was placed on the market when construction began and was under contract three weeks later and closed that property when construction was completed. Nikita sold two properties for me months apart. April and September of 2024. Each for full price.
