Even though it took a long time to sell my property, Sharon continued to search out buyers to the last day the property was on the market. She was very helpful with me when setting up the best information about the property to be sold. She used every tool she had to find buyers. She communicated with me by email often and keep me informed of the weekly showings. She sent me status reports of weekly events. Sharon walked the 15 acres with interested buyers pointing out arears of interest, property markers, and potential sites for building. She put up for sale signs, advertised thru Century 21 and many other agencies. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone in need of a realtor, who has property, either land or a home to sell. Even though we never met though out the sale time of my property, we had many interesting phone conversations.
