Russ having prior military experience was extremely well versed on knowledge of VA loan process and how VA restrictions. Additionally he listened to what was most important to our needs having a son who is EFMP and never tried to convince us to settle for anything less than what fit our families needs. He was always available and we spent so much time with him that our kids starting running to him and giving him huge hugs and forgetting we even existed. He would walk properties along side us and had so much knowledge of the areas it was amazing! Having never been stationed here, having Russ to show us not only properties but local towns and explain proximity to where I would be stationed was critical! Russ not only knows Reston but Russ knows all the rest too!!!!!
