Yanji had helped me by walking through my house months before I was ready to sell with advice on changes needed before I listed it. Also, knew her from the neighborhood and liked her. Felt she was professional, had good knowledge of our neighborhood and Fairfax, in general.
Had problems with first 2 offers but not Yanji's fault; also market changed right in the middle of selling my house; again not Yanji's fault. I was disappointed that I was the only house this year that sold under asking price in our neighborhood but also I didn't want to just leave my house on the market for too long. Yanji helped me through all the problems with patience and advice.
