Denise Simmons went above and beyond our expectations. She was on top of numerous things that needed to be resolved to accomplish the sale of the property, way ahead of us in thinking things through. She was professional, very helpful and considerate of our needs. We were especially grateful that she recommended a higher selling price than we had first thought and she was right in her assessment of what we could get.
