She also had great advice on what we needed to do to the home before the open house and before online pictures were taken. Jenn sold a home and helped us with a purchase all at once. I have purchased three homes, but this was the first time selling. Jenn came in and sold my house in less than 48 hours (seems false but it is the truth) and stuck with us to find our perfect house. My wife and I had very particular taste and Jenn stopped at nothing to find our perfect house. She never once lacked conviction or motivation and always had an awesome attitude. I will be calling Jenn in the future for our investment properties.

Jennifer "Jenn" Kleczkowski is the poster image of the ideal real estate agent. As an out of state seller, Jenn handled every aspect of the home sale, on my behalf, including arranging, supervising and handling payment with multiple contractors who did home repairs and upgrades prior to sale. At every step of the way, she kept me regularly informed as to the status of repairs and the steps in the sales process. Jenn used multiple strategies to get the maximum viewings and foot traffic through the property including multiple open houses and color advertisements. During the negotiations with the ultimate buyer, she was ruthless in negotiating a fair sales price. As for paperwork, everything was handled electronically through electronic signatures that made the process quick and easy. I have bought and sold several properties during my life and this sale was by far the most convenient. I felt that Jenn had my back and interests in mind every step of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate along the way. If buying or selling real estate in the greater Fredericksburg area, I would unequivocally recommend Jenn Kleckowski as your "agent of choice" for real estate needs.
