Michelle Dietz helped us to sell our rental property in Ruther Glen, VA. She handled everything from contacting the tenants, inspections, repairing and closing. She knows her job very well. She is very thorough. Any question I ask, her answers are so clear and professional and she does not miss any questions, so I did not have repeat my questions. She is very responsive and available. Even during non working hours. I have worked with some other realtors. She is the best realtor I've worked with. She is so polite and lively and respectful.
