I love working with first-time home buyers. Why? Because helping folks move into their first home is such a joy. Nothing compares to seeing my clients get handed the keys to their first home.
Sometimes clients come to me ready to buy, but many others need a little education on the home-buying process and find that they
may not be ready for another year. That’s OK with me.
My goal is to prepare you, and when YOU are ready, help you to confidently walk through the process to homeownership.

Selling
I remember well the experience of selling our first home. “Stressful” was not even the word for it. My husband and I had so many questions, and unfortunately, my real estate agent assumed that since we had purchased a home, we should be knowledgeable in selling one. How wrong! He did very little to prepare us or help us navigate through the often difficult, confusing and stressful process.
When I became an agent, I didn’t hesitate for a moment to consider the direction I was headed. My focus is on supporting my clients by walking them through the process of selling a home by adequately educating them and then helping them every step of the way to closing.
