I have recently retired and looking to move south. When I contacted Tracey about selling, I explained to her that it was an older home and might be a little harder to move. After she looked the property over and told me it wouldn't be an issue to sell, we came up with a plan and put it on the market August 12th. Within a week the house was under contract. Although there were a couple issues with the inspection, hey it's an older home, Tracey was extremely helpful with contractors to call and also keeping me on time to close on September 19th.
