Kathleen Modolo is the best person. Not just realtor but person overall. I had so many questions as this was not only a new experience for me but I had just lost my Mother which had prompted the sale. She was a great realtor for my mother and family during the sale of my grandparents property and she had also been the realtor for moms neighbor. I knew that was who I was calling immediately. The previous experiences were stellar, though I was was not directly involved. I couldn't put into words the complete relief of having her as my agent. I probably called her 1000 times. We requested many cards from her to distribute to anyone at all looking to buy or sell property. I'm not sure how much I could say to express such a very perfect experience. I will forever be indebted to Kathleen for her expertise and dedication to her profession and her genuine care for her clients. Above and beyond in every aspect.
