P.J. Parker
PJ Parker, a Hampton native and honors graduate of Bethel High School, began his career in property management after attending Virginia Commonwealth University while serving in the Army Reserves. He quickly advanced from leasing agent to property manager before earning his real estate license and building an award-winning career.
An active leader within the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS, PJ has served on committees, hosted major events, and contributed on the Board of Directors.
Today, PJ serves as Talent and Culture Director for Century 21—a role that highlights his true impact. He is deeply invested in developing agents, mentoring professionals, and shaping a culture of growth and excellence, extending his influence far beyond individual transactions.
