Having had Eunice as a realtor in the past, I knew that she was going to cross every t and dot every i and take care of me. I wanted someone with experience who I could trust and that person was Eunice. She answered every question that I had with clear answers and took time to explain the intricacies of the contract and the necessity of the various inspections. She had a terrific understanding of the value of properties in my neighborhood and she appreciated and pointed out to prospective buyers the unique features of my property. She had excellent suggestions of how I might stage rooms to better show off the property and also how I might feature some of the landscaping. All in all she just did a great job for me and I would definitely recommend her.
