Gladys Ponce-Manrique is an experienced Real Estate Agent serving the Northern Virginia area for over 40 years. A native of Lima, Peru, she graduated from a bilingual private school, Lima High School, and moved to the United States to attend McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. She earned her Bachelor's Degree majoring in English, Math and Education. She furthered her studies at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. by taking Graduate courses studying Sociolinguistics. Gladys has been married to Luis Manrique for over 50 years and that have one daughter, Gladys (Fain), who was born in Lima as well. She has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Abilene, TX; Charlotte, NC and Falls Church, VA. She has two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is an active member who serves on multiple committees to better the Condominium Association she lives in. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have the best experience possible....
