I am passionate about my career as a real estate professional because there truly are not two days alike. Be it the clients I meet, the homes and property I research, the required and elective courses I attend, the changing regulations and laws that affect our industry or the results of my efforts – no two days are the same. Through my Mothers encouragement I entered this industry thirty years ago. Being a local native of Coastal Virginia I perhaps have an advantage when researching on my client’s behalf. If not knowing the answers, I never hesitate in putting in the time to do the research to find answers. Gaining real estate knowledge in as many aspects as possible and thirty years of application affords me keen negotiating skills. My affiliation with the National Association of Realtors®, Virginia Association of Realtors®, Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors® and being an active Director for the VPAR Charitable Foundation, keeps me in the forefront of learning and contacts. The VPAR Charitable Foundation’s focus is for housing related needs within our local area. On a smaller scale my church has local ministries I enjoy participating in. Hard work is recognized in being a consistent local production award winner. Most recently, the 2016 awards recognition placed me in the areas top 3% for production. This 2017 first quarter within Century 21 Nachman Realty ranked me 9 th in production. At my home, you’ll find I am married, 30 years to Charlie who retired from 32 years of naval and NOAA services and a sweet Walker Hound named Babe. My seven siblings are anchored in Virginia and Texas, nieces and nephews are spread worldwide. Retired and active Airforce, teachers, nurse, real estate agent, artist, ballerina, laborers and students. You’ll often find me at church, perhaps volunteering for an event or reading. Yes, I still enjoy what I do for a living and look forward to learning something new from my next client!
