Overall and in detail, Mr. and Mrs. Elmore were a pleasure to work with from first contact through to closing. They were particularly good at creating a plan and setting expectations for the what needed to be done to get from where we started through to sales and closing. They followed up on everything that needed to be arranged and ensured it was completed. The house then sold right away with successful closing on time, which was my goal and the final measure.
