Lilyan truly went above and beyond in selling a home for us out of an estate. She was not afraid to get her hands dirty by helping us de-clutter and stage the house as best as possible with existing furniture. She not only mapped out a strategy to help us sell some of the items in the home but actually dropped off those items at the appropriate locations. Lilyan also did her homework on how to best price the home for a quick sale and provided all the comps at our first meeting so we could make an informed decision. She stayed attentive and assisted with final details all the way up to the moment the keys were handed to the buyer. Without question the best service I have ever experienced from a real estate agent. On a scale of one to five, I would give Lilyan a 6.
