Real estate has always been part of my story. I'm a second-generation Realtor, following in my father's footsteps after he began his career with Century 21 in the mid-1980s-back when listings arrived weekly in phone book-sized black-and-white books printed on thin, newspaper-like paper and interest rates hovered near 20%. After nearly a decade in the corporate insurance world, I joined my father in real estate in 2002. What began as a career shift quickly became a passion. Helping friends and families buy and sell homes proved to be deeply rewarding. Early in my career, I earned my Broker's license and became actively involved in the local real estate community-serving as an instructor certified by the Virginia Association of Realtors, volunteering on Education and Grievance Committees, teaching Ethics classes, and serving on the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors. These experiences shaped my commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy. Today, I bring more than two decades of experience and over half a billion dollars in sales volume to every client relationship. I have proudly remained a top producer, earning the Centurion Award Honor Society. In 2019, I expanded my business by opening my own property management company, helping clients grow and protect their real estate investments. As my business has grown, I've also expanded my ability to serve clients by partnering with a trusted agent, Chris Sheehan who works alongside me and directly with my clients in the field. This collaborative approach ensures that every client receives the same high level of service, attention, and expertise-while allowing me to be more available, responsive, and strategic throughout the entire process.
