Go about building a home. Carole insisted on being present with us every step of the way. She at with us at the initial talks and made our concerns her concerns. We told her what we wanted for our new home and what we couldn’t afford out of the options that the builder gave us. She went to war for us and got us everything we wanted! She saved us nearly $50,000 in upgrades! Carole continued to check in throughout the building process and delayed her vacation with her family to stay behind with us on our pre inspection. I can’t overstate state just how much that meant to us and how important it was. We were dazzled by the new home, but she remained objective and called out our project manager on every reasonable flaw that she saw. Our project manager, who was a wonderful guy, took note of all her critiques and made sure that they were corrected. Doing it after closing would’ve been a giant debacle.
