Our home sale was not a traditional one. I acted as an attorney-in-fact and brought the buyers to the sale. I had negotiated the price and terms prior to signing a contract with Century 21. Such an arrangement might scare off some agents, but Milyn embraced it with full enthusiasm and professionalism. She worked diligently and as hard as if the sale had been a standard transaction.

My house sold in 2 days!!!! The house was properly priced for the market and the staging standards set by MiLyn made me want to buy my own house. I would use Milyn again but I moved out of state.
Very straight forward and diligent. She assessed my property, told me what needed to be done, and frequently came by to check on my progress and offer additional suggestions. My windows were covered in dew the morning pictures were scheduled to be taken. She asked where supplies were and started wiping them down.
