Linda is very knowledgeable and drives a hard bargain. We have worked together fort many years as she was the manager of this property when we were renting it. Throughout that period she dealt with the tenants, some of which were a little difficult, and managed to keep the property maintained so that it was always ready to be sold. We appreciated all that she did for us during our relationship of many years.
It was sold to the existing tenants.
