Wendy was great. I had worked with her for years and she was my first choice when it came to selling our home. We had looked at selling several times over the last few years and the time was finally right. So the house goes up for sale right before COVID restrictions started. What a nightmare!! But Wendy kept the press on. We got close to an offer based on just the on line profile. Finally able to schedule visits and take care of assorted minor disasters like the drapes falling down! Yikes. The whole time we were out of state and moving to Florida. Sometimes dreaded the messages from Wendy, but knew she was taking care of things Good news Bad News she was always cheerful and helped ease any worries. She knows the area and knows who to call to get things done. My first and only choice in Virginia Beach!!
