After working with 3 terrible relators Mr. Marshall was a breath of fresh air. From or first meeting Mr. Marshall allowed me to interview him and happily welcomed my parents to participate in the homebuying process as well Mr. Marshall is very knowledgeable of the homebuying process and the hidden gems in DC and MD. Mr. Marshall was ALWAYS honest with me and NEVER forced or pressured me into buying anything that wasn't right for me. At least once a week for a year Mr. Marshall would show me at least 3 home and would educate me on the pros and cons of each property. The dedication and knowledge Mr. Marshall has helped me get into a beautiful two bed one bath condo with everything I wanted in my unit. I am beyond happy and will only be working with and referring people to Mr. Marshall in the future....
