Kristi was terrific to work with, and made the process of selling my property easy. She had a good plan for marketing it, and advised me well in all phases of the selling process. From her initial evaluation of my property, to her guidance on how to best get it ready for sale, I quickly came to trust her. And I am glad I did.
What I thought would be a difficult and stressful process was actually quite smooth and painless. Kristi researched my property and gave excellent advice on pricing. Her photos made my property look terrific, really accentuating its strengths. And she was communicative and helpful all through the sale process.
One thing I learned about her that impressed me: Kristi has a background as a forester. I think that gives her excellent judgment in evaluating and presenting rural land well. Certainly she did mine. Highly recommended....
