My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda McClindon for the purchase of our very first home. We were so impressed with her professional attitude and dedication in helping us through such a life changing decision. When we first spoke to Amanda we explained what kind of home we were looking for and expressed some concerns we had with location and costs. She was able to put together multiple homes the same day for us to look through and had us out looking at places that very weekend. We loved her guidance when putting in an offer on our current place and were so thankful for her expertise during the escrow process. When we closed she included a one year warranty for our appliances just for working with her, which was amazing!
I really appreciated that she was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. She is very intelligent and communicates uncommonly well. As first time buyers we knew very little about the actual process and procedures involved in buying a home. We really needed someone like Amanda to make sure the execution of all business was handled in a timely fashion and to have a professional we could trust. She always made herself available within our schedule which was important since we are new parents.
The best part about working with Amanda though, was her personality. Her positive attitude and hospitable nature made our home buying process absolute fun. I will be recommending her to any friends in the future and will be working with her again when we’re ready for a bigger place....
