When we decided in late 2022 to move to Washington State a family member recommended that we talk to Bill Townsend about purchasing a house. We did make that contact and were so very pleased that Bills' spouse Angelica was part of the sales team. Together, they were a fantastic duo. We absolutely enjoyed having them help us navigate the looking, looking, looking and then the final choosing. There was never any pressure and it was obvious to us that they had our needs in mind for every listing that was offered. We flew to Washington in early 2023 to start looking at properties and they spent that time focused on our needs. Always professional and caring throughout the process. When we returned home.
