Esther was a great to work with, she showed me most of the homes during the beginning of my home buying process, but Esther made an appearance about halfway through was so helpful. She was very easy to get along with and friendly. I am so glad to have her helping out while I am buying my first home because I’m really got the attention we needed. I saw tons of houses usually more than once because over pricing market and finally bidding the less competition until interest rate raise up, Esther always willing to come check them out with me again and give me advice on choosing my home. During final inspection we found out a broken door in the bathroom and house was so dirty, she will fight for $600 cleaning fee and also bought me a new door for welcome gift and her husband tried to do installation. After closing she referred the construction people to help for remodeled house and other resources for me, such as moving company. Overall my experience with her is excellent and much appreciated for her helping hand to go extra miles!
