Ken Metzger
I was born in a small town in Ohio and grew up in farm country. Time spent on the farm instilled in me the spirit of cooperation and hard work to accomplish your goals in life. I took that attitude with me during my service in the United States Army with service in Vietnam. During my time in the Army after Vietnam I was stationed at Fort Lawton in Seattle. That's where I fell in love with this area. I moved to the Puget Sound area in 1977 and started my real estate career in 1994. When I got into property management in 2005 I realized the importance of quality service and took over as Director in July 2006. That spirit of cooperation I learned on the farm stayed with me. After 15+ years in this position I still enjoy helping people meet their goals and make a profitable enterprise out of their investment in rentals and helping prospective tenants find a place they can call home.
