Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. He worked late the night of our offer to get it to the Sellers agent as there was a lot of interest for this home. When there was another escalation offer he gave us the guidance we needed to understand the process and submit an escalation offer as well. He was always available for questions or to walk us through the whole buying process from start to finish. He followed up to make sure that the escrow and lender were on track so the escrow closed on time. He worked very hard to make sure that everything was handled correctly and efficiently.
