Greetings! I am Mila Umagat, a passionate real estate agent at CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center. My journey in this industry began in 2007, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. One of the things that bring me the most joy in real estate is helping buyers find their dream home and witnessing the excitement and happiness on their faces when they finally get the keys to their own place. It is truly an honor to be part of such a significant milestone in someone's life, and it inspires me to strive for excellence every day.
I believe that real estate is more than just buying and selling properties; it's about building relationships with buyers and sellers and their families. I take pride in connecting with my clients and developing lifelong friendships with them. As a bilingual agent fluent in English and Tagalog, I specialize in helping first-time home buyers and sellers in King, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Pierce Counties.
As much as I love working with buyers, I also enjoy helping sellers transition to the next chapter of their lives. Whether they're moving to a different city or upgrading to a larger home, I take pleasure in ensuring a smooth and joyful transition for them. I am proud to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center, which provides me with a wealth of resources to support my clients during their real estate journey.
When I'm not working, I find joy in serving others, reading personal development and Bible books, playing the piano, and singing. I also love hosting missionaries, traveling both locally and internationally, and spending time with friends and family. I believe that being an active member of the community is essential, and I am grateful to be part of my church.
As I reflect on my years as a real estate agent, I have come to realize that serving others is what brings me the most fulfillment. Whether it's helping buyers find their dream home or sellers transition to their next chapter, I feel privileged to be able to make a positive impact in people's lives. For my fellow Filipinos, I understand the importance of homeownership and the sense of pride that comes with it. It is an honor to be able to help them achieve this significant milestone in their lives.
